I am unable to login to my Dashboard account?
If you are unable to login into your Dashboard Account, there are a few things to check, first check you are logging into the correct URL for the Dashboard tool, as there are two URLs
US - https://us-dashboard.virtual-shopping.klarna.com/
EU - https:/https://eu-dashboard.virtual-shopping.klarna.com/
Both URLs require separate logins and if you do not have an account setup on either the US or EU versions of the Dashboard tool, you will not be able to login.
Please also note the Store App and the Dashboard logins are also separate, so you will not be able to login to Dashboard with the credentials for your Store App account. Usernames for the login process are also case sensitive, so ensure your username is entered in the correct format. If all the mentioned actions are considered and followed and also following the password reset process and you are still unable to access the account, please contact us at support with any supporting evidence and details of the issue you are encountering.
