I can't reset my Dashboard tool password?
If you have forgotten your password and you have requested the reset code which will be sent to your registered email address on the Dashboard account, please allow for at least an hour for the code to arrive into your inbox before contacting us.
Please also check your spam/junk folders in case the recovery code email to begin the password reset process has ended up in these folders. If the code does not arrive and you are unable to reset your password, please contact Klarna Virtual Shopping support for further assistance.
