How do I raise a support ticket?
In the event you need to submit a support ticket to the Klarna Virtual Shopping support team for further assistance, while logged into the app, please click on the three dots, in the top right-hand side of the dashboard to open the side menu.
Within the side menu, please select “Get Support” where this option will open up a new email to be sent to the Klarna Virtual Shopping support team from your email client (Email clients, e.g., Outlook, Gmail, etc, need to be setup on the device in order to use this option)
If you are unable to access your Store App account on your device and you need assistance please contact the Klarna Virtual Shopping support team through the following email, help.virtualshopping@klarna.com.
When contacting support, please also ensure you provide a clear description of any issues or queries being raised, along with any supporting evidence.
