How do shoppers start a chat?

While browsing your website, customers can start their journey by tapping the Virtual Shopping chat plug-in in the bottom right corner of the display. Here's how it looks:
From there, all they have to do is send a message to start a new chat and they will be connected to the nearest available store team member.
Once connected, they can send and receive messages and continue to shop on your website.
