Whereas product experts and store teams mainly use the Store App, shoppers experience Virtual Shopping directly from the retailer's website.
When Virtual Shopping is set up, shoppers can tap or click the Virtual Shopping chat icon in the lower right corner of the screen from selected pages on the website. This initiates a chat request, which teams accept through the Store App so that online shoppers and experts are connected.
