I am having trouble registering on the Store App?

If you are having issues registering an account on the Store App, please ensure you have updated the application to the latest version on your iOS or Android device. Please also ensure you have the correct invite code which should be provided to you by your manager.

This is the 7-character invite code that's unique to your company. When registering your account, you will also need to provide a valid email address, which will be used as your username. Please check the email address being used is in the correct format and is also an email address you can access for any verification steps when completing the registration.

Please also note, users are unable to register multiple Store App accounts with the same username/email address. If all the above steps have been followed and the registration is still unsuccessful, please contact our support team and include details of the invite code entered, the email address used for registration and any supporting details of the issue being encountered while trying to complete this process.
