I’m having trouble making Video Chats?
If you attempt to Video Chat with a customer and it is unsuccessful, there may be a chance either you or your customer do not have strong enough connection. If an error message is shown you can send this to our support team to log the issue.
You can return to the chat and inform your customer that they'll need strong connection to receive your Video Chat. If this isn't possible, you'll still be able to send photos and videos to your customer.
