I am unable to transfer chat to another product expert?
You can transfer a chat to any available colleague. The chat will then be sent to the colleague or group of colleagues, who will have a countdown timer to accept. If no one accepts the transfer, then you will remain in the chat. If colleagues are available and the transfer process is not initiated successfully when attempting to transfer a chat to available product experts check your internet connection and try again.
If it still fails then please contact the support team with details any errors that occur in this process, with supporting evidence of the error, the app version being used on the device, date and time the error occurs and details of the colleague or group of colleagues the chat was being attempted to be transferred to, so the team can investigate and advise further.
