I am unable to make myself available for online chats?
On your Store App home screen, tap Go available button to claim chats. The button status will change from Go available to I’m available. To make yourself unavailable, tap I’m available in which the status will change to Go available. You’ll be able to tell you are available because a green message icon will appear next to I’m available and the availability button will turn black. If you are unable to make yourself available this maybe because you are trying to go available outside of the store hours.
If you are trying to make yourself available within the set store hours and you encountered an issue please ensure you are using the most updated version of the Store App and that you are connected to the internet. If the issues persists please contact the Klarna Virtual Shopping support team, confirming the date/time the error was encountered as well as any supporting evidence of the issue.
