I am unable to login to my Store App account?
Firstly, you'll want to make sure you're running on the latest version on the application. Please Download from the App or Play Store on your iOS or Android device in order to ensure the most updated version of the application is being used.
As a second step, please ensure you are using the same email address that is registered on the Store App application as your username.
If you still encounter issues logging in with the latest version of the app and you are using the correct email address or if you are unsure which email address you used to register your account, please contact our support team for further assistance. Please also provide supporting evidence of any error messages encountered along with the username used in order to login to the account.
