When it comes to chats it is important to keep in mind that there may be quiet periods where no chats are coming in. Also, every chat that comes in is served to multiple team members at once but not everyone; so chats may still be being served to your colleagues. Ensure you're available, you have notifications turned on and your volume is up so you can hear any incoming chats.
