Is it possible to log in to one account from multiple devices?

Product Experts can login to multiple devices but please note incoming chats will be received on each device and all the events such as accepting chat, sending smart greetings, product recommendations etc, will be mirrored in the other device.

Logging into multiple devices using the same username will not result in more chats with multiple customers.
