I am unable to login to my Store App account via (SSO Login)?

The login journey through the Store app where SSO is implemented, follows a different user journey compared to the normal login process into the Store app.

Store App SSO Login User Journey

1. Users selects “Sign In” on the Store App login screen.

2. User enters Store app account username

3. The Store App checks that the email address belongs to a SSO enabled merchant and if it does, then the Store app switches to merchant SSO server login screen.

4. Users need to enter the required SSO server login in order to complete login process.

5. If the SSO login is successful, then the Store App will display the home page

SSO Login Store App Troubleshooting steps

• Check if able to login directly to the merchant SSO server successfully from outside of the Store app login journey.

• Check and confirm the username being used to login to the Store app vs the username used to login to the merchant SSO server are correct.

• Where issues persist, capture supporting evidence, ideally in the form of a video, highlighting any errors throughout the Store app SSO login journey.

• Where issues are encountered, details on any error messages or codes should be provided where possible.
