I am unable to end chats?
In order to end a chat you should tap on the chevron in the top left corner to access the chat management menu and select “End chat". If the chat does not finish check your internet connection and try again. If you feel that your connection is adequate and you are still experiencing issues ending chats, please contact our support team, with a detailed description of your experience, including any key dates and times the issues occur, as well as supporting evidence of the issue faced, also highlighting the connection strength on your device, in order for the support team to assist further.
