I’m not receiving notifications for the Store App?

Notifications are used to alert you of incoming chats and sales.

In order to turn on notifications for iOS devices

• On the device, go to “Settings”

• Find and select the Store App

• Select “Notifications”

• Turn on “Allow Notifications”

In order to turn on notifications for Android devices

• On the device, go to “Settings”

• Select “Apps & Notifications “

• Find & select the Store App

• Select “Notifications” & turn everything on

If the above settings are in place on your iOS or Android device and you are not receiving any notifications, please contact our support team for further assistance.
