I got cut off during a Video Chat?
If you are disconnected while in a Video Chat you can attempt to retry with the customer straight away. It's possible that there was a short drop in connection strength for you or your customer. Additionally the customer should not refresh the web page while Video Chatting, as this will disconnect the Video Chat; the customer is warned if they try to do this. If you consistently encounter connection errors please share details with Klarna Virtual Shopping support including screenshots of any error messages shown.
