Setting the name shoppers see in lead responses

You can determine the name from whom responses to lead messages will be sent.

This feature is currently only available in the United Kingdom.

The Get Notified Sender ID is the contact name that a shopper will see when they receive a response to a lead query. This name will appear instead of a random multi-digit code and is usually best set as your brand name. To set a Sender ID, users should input a name for their brand between 3 and 11 characters. This name will then appear on all lead responses.

Where possible, we recommend you add a Left Message SMS Sender ID to make the experience feel more branded. We also recommend you add the name of your organization or an abbreviation as this will help shoppers know what to expect from this interaction.
