Manage Team email notifications

Be informed when product experts register in the Store App.

The Manage Team email notifications feature informs merchant teams when their product experts register in the Virtual Shopping Store App, allowing them to start serving customer chats quicker.

Currently, when a product expert registers for a Store App account, there is nothing to inform merchant teams that they’ve registered and now require approval. If product experts don’t get quick approval for use of the Store App, they are not able to serve customer chats and generate sales.

Email notifications will let merchant teams know how many product experts are pending approval, and give them a direct link to the Manage Team section of Dashboard in order to grant quick approval.
